You may order anything on our website but the minimum amount of purchase must be AUD$100.00. 2.) You may pay with a Mastercard, Visa card, American Express or Paypal. Please note that we may require more information from you in order to process your order. Alternatively, you may pay in person at Brisbane Restring by cash. 4.) All of our international shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that Sportsgear Direct will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit. 5.) You are welcome to return any items purchased from Sportsgear Direct. Please note all returned goods are subject to a 50% restocking fee unless for warranty service. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothings must be unworn and in the original packaging. Page 2 of 2 Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Tennis racquets must be unplayed with the plastic wrap on the handle intact. String packets must be unopened. For any returned items (including items returned for warranty service), the buyer is responsible for the return and re-send postage and taxes incurred. 6.) There are no customs handling fee, duty and/or tax in Australia for orders less than a total value of AUD$1,000.00. However, the buyer is responsible for any required customs handling fee, duty and/or tax to be paid for in Australia. 7.) The buyer will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import taxes and other charges. Sportsgear Direct strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Sportsgear Direct cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees. 8.) Sportsgear Direct cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned. The buyer will also be charged for any unpaid customs, duties, and/or taxes, as well as return shipping costs. 9.) Please be informed that your designated delivery address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user.
